Parking
We have a small on-site car park which can accommodate six cars. If you require additional car parking spaces, please contact us in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.
Dimensions
Clubhouse - 5.56m x 3.9m and 7.35m x 3.77m
Lock Cottage - 6.5m x 3.29m
Refreshments and catering
You will have access to tea and coffee making facilities. Any catering must be arranged by groups themselves. We have a kitchen available for use in the Clubhouse.
Equipment
If prior notice is given, we can provide: a flip chart; pens; an overhead projector and access to a printer (located upstairs in our main office).
Room capacity
Clubhouse – up to 20 people.
Lock Cottage – up to 10 people.
Wi-fi
Wi-fi access is available.
Is WAC accessible?
We try to make WAC as accessible as possible. If there is anything you would like to know in advance, please contact the team for further information.
WAC is a five-minute walk from Cemetery Road tram stop and the nearest bus stop.
On-site car parking is available (more above) but access is shared with our neighbour. Metal gates are used – should you require assistance please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Clubhouse – large (dimensions above) open plan area with wide range of seating available. All on one level, no steps or stairs. Three accessible toilets, two with Doc M installations. Car park located on-site and is approximately 30 metres from the Clubhouse.
Lock Cottage – small (dimensions above) downstairs meeting room with wide range of seating available. One downstairs accessible toilet with Doc M installation. No steps or stairs. Car park approximately 5 metres from the Lock Cottage.
Prices
Clubhouse – £20 per hour.
Lock Cottage – £15 per hour.
