We are looking for an experienced and creative Director to work with our small, dedicated team. You will further develop our special blend of activities and lead the organisation in this current climate of political, financial and environmental change.

Experience of securing funding and managing the long-term sustainability of a charity or voluntary sector organisation is essential. You must be enthusiastic about using water based activities to deliver play and youth work.

The post is based in Droylsden, Tameside but will require regular travel to other locations across Greater Manchester.

Applicants must have youth work and paddling experience/qualifications and be able to swim 25m. Experience in play work is preferred. Applicants will ideally hold a valid first aid certificate. Most sessions that require cover are on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Evening and Sunday all day. Group work sessions may also be available.
