Pure Adventure is a detached youth project based around canoeing and adventurous outdoor fun. It is predominantly for young people (aged 8-19) from the Mersey Bank estate, although other young people are welcome to access the project.  It doesn’t cost anything and you will have a great time taking part in the activities on offer and make lots of new friends.

Summer season (April - August) or September (seniors) : Canoeing sessions on the lake for young people aged 8-19 years. Opportunity to meet up with friends on the bank and chat to our Youth Workers Ben and Bridget. Each young person will need to get an annual consent form filled in by their parent/legal guardian to become a member (forms can be emailed to you in advance or are available from our workers at the lakeside) . For canoeing, please bring a change of warm clothes and leave valuables at home as there is nowhere secure to leave them whilst you're on the water. Footwear must be worn at all times whilst canoeing so bring an old pair of trainers that you don't mind getting wet.
